President Buhari employs blind man as aide 07:47 23/02/2016 Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a visually impaired man as his Special Assistant, Punch has reported. According to a statement released by Buhari's Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, the President has tasked Dr. Samuel Ankeli with the responsibility of dealing with persons living with disability on his behalf.
